CHANGE OF MIND

At Almaz we understand that for many reasons you may decide to change your mine about an item(s), you may be eligible to return the item within 30-days as long as the item(s) are free of the following:

  • Obvious Damage
  • Scuffs, Smudges & Scratches
  • Cologne and/or Perfume odours 

Providing that your item(s) have qualified to be in brand new condition after we have received them, please allow up to 5-days for your refund to be processed.

DAMAGED/INCORRECT GOODS

Given an unfortunate situation where you have received the wrong or damaged item(s) please contact us at Almazjewelrystore@gmail.com within 30-days of your purchase. If your claim is approved you will receive a prepaid return label at no expense. Your correct/undamaged item(s) will be sent to you as soon as we receive the the damaged/incorrect item(s).

EXCHANGES

In some cases you may want to exchange an item for a different size or style. Please contact us at Almazjewelrystore@gmail.com within 30-days letting us know you have returned your item to 8 Hermitage Street, Victoria, 3630, Australia. Once we receive your item we will notify you with your store credit which you will need to place your new order for whatever you may desire.

PLEASE NOTE SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
